GDPR: your details and how we look after them…

GUTS retains contact details of everyone that has subscribed to our print and email newsletters, as well as those of donors and their donations. We do not share this information with any other organisation; it is stored securely and can only be accessed by officers of the Charity. Contact details are only used for the purposes for which they were provided.

Please submit a request via email or post to our fundraising office if you would like to check whether we hold your details (and for what purposes) or if you would like us to remove your details from our mailing list or other records.

HMRC require charities to retain details relating to donations /Gift Aid and this requirement has priority over other GDPR legal obligations; we do not use this information for any other purpose.
